When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 12:30 PM CST on a business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) are submitted for fulfillment the same day. Orders placed after that cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays are submitted the next business day.
Note: Many of our products ship directly from the manufacturer or supplier. These orders may take 1–3 additional business days to process. Your estimated delivery date is shown at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active in the carrier's system. Carriers we use include UPS, FedEx, USPS, and GLS.

Why do some orders have a shipping charge and some don't?
We offer free ground shipping on most orders over $50 shipped within the contiguous U.S. However, some orders have shipping charges based on the following:
- Oversized or heavy items (over 7 feet or 20 lbs) — flat fee of $19.95
- Items shipping directly from certain suppliers
- Kayaks and large watercraft accessories
- Remote or restricted delivery locations
All shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Why did my order ship in multiple packages?
We carry over 183,000 products from 400+ suppliers. If your order contains items from multiple suppliers, each item may ship separately from a different location. You'll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment. There may be separate shipping charges for each package, which will be disclosed at checkout.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses?
Yes — via USPS Priority Mail only. UPS and FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If your shipping address is a P.O. Box or military address, USPS will automatically be selected as your carrier.
Do you ship internationally?
No. We currently ship within the United States only, including Puerto Rico and Guam via USPS Priority Mail.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on eligible items. Items must be unused, in original condition, with original tags and packaging.
To start a return, contact us first at sales@anglersprotackle.com or 817-217-5809. All returns require prior authorization — returns sent without approval will be refused.

Is there a restocking fee?
A 10% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns (for example, wrong size ordered, changed your mind, etc.). No restocking fee is charged on items that are defective, damaged in transit, or shipped incorrectly — those receive a full refund or replacement.
Who pays return shipping?
Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We cover return shipping.
Customer preference returns (wrong size, wrong color, changed your mind): Customer pays return shipping.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
Can I exchange an item?
We don't process direct exchanges. Return the original item and place a new order for the item you want. This gets your replacement to you faster. Contact us and we'll help coordinate.
What items cannot be returned?
The following are non-returnable:
- Sale, clearance, and pre-owned items (all sales final)
- Gift cards
- Opened food or consumable products
- Custom or personalized items
- Personal care and hygiene products
- Hazardous materials or flammable products
- Electronics (covered by manufacturer warranty only)
Do you have all items in stock?
Not always. We operate a dropship model with 400+ suppliers. Most products are available and ship directly from the manufacturer. If an item is out of stock or backordered, we will contact you promptly and offer a refund or alternative.
How are warranties handled?
Most product warranties are handled directly through the manufacturer. If you receive a defective item, contact us within 5 days of delivery and we'll help coordinate the warranty claim or arrange a replacement. Are there restrictions on certain products?
Yes. Items such as defense sprays, automatic knives, and stun guns are subject to state and local laws. We cannot ship these items to California, Illinois, New York, Massachusetts, Michigan, and other restricted jurisdictions. It is the buyer's responsibility to know the laws in their area before ordering.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and other payment methods available at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments.
Is it safe to enter my payment information on your site?
Yes. Our site uses SSL encryption and all payment processing is handled by Shopify's PCI-compliant payment system. We never store your card number.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Contact us immediately at 817-217-5809 or sales@anglersprotackle.com. If your order has not yet been submitted to the supplier for fulfillment, we may be able to cancel or modify it. Once it's in the fulfillment process, we cannot make changes.
