SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing
We process orders Monday through Friday on business days. Federal holidays are excluded.
- Orders placed before 12:30 PM CST on a business day are submitted for fulfillment the same business day.
- Orders placed after 12:30 PM CST, on weekends, or on holidays are submitted for fulfillment the next business day.
- An estimated delivery date will be shown at checkout based on your location and the items ordered.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout after you enter your shipping address. Some items ship free; others have a shipping charge based on weight, size, supplier terms, or destination.
Free shipping is available on most orders over $50 shipped to the contiguous U.S., with the following exceptions:
- Oversized items (over 7 feet or 20 lbs) — flat fee of $19.95
- Kayaks and large watercraft accessories
- Items shipping directly from certain suppliers
- Remote or restricted delivery locations
Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and GLS depending on your delivery address, package size, and weight. All carriers provide tracking and insured delivery.
USPS Priority Mail is available to all U.S. addresses including Puerto Rico, Guam, APO/FPO military addresses, and P.O. Boxes. USPS is the only carrier available for P.O. Boxes and military addresses.
Note: UPS and FedEx do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to become active in the carrier's system.
If your order ships in multiple packages, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment. Multiple packages may result in separate shipping charges, which will be disclosed before your order is processed.
Delivery & Carrier Liability
Once a package is scanned as delivered by the carrier, our responsibility for that shipment is fulfilled. We are not liable for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing or stolen.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package:
- Verify the delivery address on your order confirmation
- Check with neighbors, building management, or other household members
- Allow 24 hours — carriers occasionally scan packages as delivered before they arrive
- Contact the carrier directly to file a trace or missing package claim using your tracking number
If you have exhausted these steps and still cannot locate your package, contact us at sales@anglersprotackle.com or 817-217-5809. We will assist you in working with the carrier to investigate. We are not responsible for carrier errors, theft after delivery, or packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
All shipments are insured through the carrier. Claims for lost or damaged packages in transit must be filed with the carrier. We will provide documentation to support your claim upon request.
Dropship & Supplier-Direct Orders
Many of our products ship directly from the manufacturer or supplier. These orders may have different processing times than in-stock orders. Estimated delivery dates at checkout reflect this. If your order is affected by an extended supplier lead time, we will contact you.
Freight Shipping
Orders with exceptional weight or dimensions may be subject to a freight shipping charge. This can apply to large bulk orders (for example, multiple large tackle storage units or oversized fishing equipment).

Restricted Items
Certain products — including defense sprays, automatic knives, and stun guns — are subject to state and local shipping restrictions. We cannot ship these items to California, Illinois, New York, Massachusetts, Michigan, and other restricted jurisdictions. Orders placed for restricted items in prohibited locations will be cancelled and refunded.
Address Verification
Orders with mismatched billing and shipping addresses may be held for verification before shipment. This is a fraud protection measure. If your order is held, we will contact you directly to verify.
International Shipping
We do not currently ship outside the United States.
