The 60-quart dual turkey fryer pot, found in our High Performance line, is equipped with a lid and a dual turkey rack for efficient frying. With our unique Tunnel Tube Technology designed bottom, this fryer can handle two 13lb turkeys (or up to two 20lbs turkeys) at once while maintaining the ideal frying temperature. It only takes 20 minutes for the fryer to reach 350 degrees, and once your turkey is inserted, simply lower the PSI on the regulator to less than 1 PSI and the temperature will remain consistent for the entire cooking time (3.5 minutes per pound). Although designed for turkey frying, this versatile pot can also be used for frying seafood, chicken, and more.

What makes Our Double Turkey Fryer stand out among other similar products on the market today is pure horsepower. All other outdoor propane-fired turkey fryers rely a on traditional flat bottom pot design which is limited on thermal absorption. Frying turkeys require a lot of power. Traditional turkey deep fry pots are pitiful. When the turkey is submerged into the 350 degrees oil, the oil temperature then drops almost 100 degrees and takes a long time to recover. This just distorts the cooking time and makes the turkey greasy.
