The Baby Bio Craw is the finesse-sized version of the WM Bayou Bio Craw, hand-poured in Texas. Same independently-moving claw design, scaled down for light-line finesse techniques and pressured bass that short-strike full-size craws. Designed to float. $6.99.
When should I choose it over the full-size Bio Craw?
Crystal-clear water, high fishing pressure, post-cold-front or finicky bass, smallmouth on finesse tackle, or when bass are keyed on smaller crawfish. The full-size Bio Craw is the call for flipping heavy cover, punching mats, and power fishing.
How do you rig the Baby Bio Craw?
Ned rig (3/16–1/4 oz mushroom head — the primary rig), Texas rig (1/8–1/4 oz), Carolina rig (1/4–1/2 oz), drop shot (nose-hooked as a craw trailer, 12 inches off bottom), or shaky head (1/8–1/4 oz). Spinning gear with 6–8 lb fluorocarbon. It also fits Cheb/Free rigs and BFS tackle.
What colors does it come in?
Green Pumpkin, Watermelon Red, June Bug, Oil Slick, Night Sky, Tilapia Magic, Old Earl, Guacamole, Honey, Bayou Ember. $6.99.
