Our beans are sourced from elite family-owned farms in Garzon, Pitalito, and Neiva, where high altitudes (up to 1,900m) slow the maturation of the cherry, packing every bean with complex sugars.

The Micro-Mill Difference: Unlike mass-produced Colombian coffee, our Huila is processed at individual micro-wet mills right on the farm.
