The Hobie PA's have a known issue of cracking where the seat bracket attaches to the kayak. We use 1/2 material to help spread out the weight at each leg. This will help prevent the hull from cracking. And to keep you on the water and not dealing with hull warranty issues.
Comes with new hardware to mount the Seat Upgrade Plates
