Juusto is a buttery-flavored, flat and squeaky cheese made in Scandanavia for over 200 years - called "Juustoleipa" or "Ostbrod", meaning "bread cheese". Each piece is baked to create a sweet caramelized, toasted crustsimilar to brown bread.
