Frosts by Mora knives are perfect for the food industry and these fillet knives are exceptional for seafood applications. Made of recycled Swedish cold-rolled stainless steel, the blade is hardened by deep refrigeration at -80 degrees. It can be sharpened to the extreme with high-edge retention. The handle is made of glass fiber reinforced polypropylene which provides a rough, durable grip and excellent traction in wet or dry conditions.
