How to Use:
Just like the story about, once you get to where your going to fish just open up the jar, scoop some out into the lid at a 1:1 ratio, mix it up real good with an old stick and let it sit for 3-5 minutes, make a good tight compact ball out of it a put it on your hook. The longer you let it sit and the more you mix it the more sticky it becomes.
The powder creates a dough that is stringy to help hold it on the hook better. It slowly dissolves and spreads the fishy scent out into the water.
You can always at mesh netting around the bait to help it stay on the hook better.
This is great under a float for panfish or trout. It is also perfect for fishing on the bottom for Trout, Catfish, Carp, etc.

Back in the hollers, folks used to swear by Granny's Fishin' Flour, a dusty mix handed down for generations that could charm the fish right out of the water. Old-timers would pack a tin of it in their tackle box, head down to the creek, and wait till they were right by the water's edge to add a splash of creek water to the flour. It was said the dough turned into a sticky, magical mush that smelled just sweet enough to lure every fish in the bend, from the slick-headed catfish to the fattest trout. Granny always claimed she kept the recipe a mystery, but folks whispered it was sprinkled with wild mountain herbs and a pinch of Appalachian luck. There wasn’t a soul who used it and came home empty-handed—unless, of course, they’d forgotten to give thanks to Granny for the recipe.
