Unhappy with product and unhappy with customer service

I purchased this to block out the sun. I found it does not block the sun. The sunlight penetrated right through. I submitted a request to return, and I was told my email was forwarded to the manufacturer, that it was the manufacturer's problem. I never received any follow up to my emails. I would not order from this store or manufacturer again.
