The Battery Tender® 48V Yamaha Golf Cart Plug is an OEM-style connector adapter that allows the Battery Tender® PowerPlus 48V 15 Amp on-board charger to connect directly to the factory charge port on Yamaha G19, G22, and G29 golf carts — without direct battery terminal access, wiring modification, or tools.
Why Use the Factory Charge Port
Connecting through the Yamaha factory charge port preserves the battery compartment's protective seal, prevents terminal corrosion from repeated direct clamp connections, and enables the PowerPlus charger to remain permanently wired to the cart for automatic ISM float maintenance whenever the cart is parked and plugged in.
