Made from the same Food Safe HDPE that chef's use, and cut in our Arizona facility. The Table/Divider fits seamlessly as a divider in our PRO45 and when removed, doubles as a table or cutting board when fitted to one of 7 different accessory pocket location.
This will also fit a PRO 65 but it wont reach all the way to the bottom of the divider channel. It would still function nicely as a spare table side.
