Sizing Hints from Doug:
Our 1/4 Zip FlexShell Hoodies are designed as an outer layer for shoulder season temperatures, featuring a roomy cut through the chest and shoulders to allow for easy movement when layering. These hoodies tend to run larger, with extended arm and torso lengths compared to typical sizing. Personally, I’ve worn one comfortably as an outer layer in temperatures as low as 35°F while fishing the Missouri River in January. At 5'11" and around 175 lbs, I choose a size large, which fits generously. This relaxed fit also suits our Mountaincognito line for activities like hiking, skiing, and snowboarding. We now offer an XS size ideal for smaller women and teens.
