Carry your firearm and spare magazine with a matched concealed carry system designed specifically for the Sig Sauer P365-XMACRO, P365-XMACRO Comp, P365-XMACRO Tacops, and Romeo Zero Elite with the Streamlight TLR-7 X or TLR-7 A. This Inside Waistband (IWB) combo package includes a precision-molded Kydex holster and a matching P365-XMACRO IWB magazine carrier for consistent retention, comfort, and concealment.

The package is available in both right-hand and left-hand configurations and includes your choice of a Discreet Carry Concepts Monoblock or Ulticlip UltiTuck belt attachment for both the holster and magazine carrier. The holster also includes a Modwing to help reduce printing during concealed carry.

The holster is engineered specifically for the firearm and weapon light combination. Retention is applied to the mounted weapon light, so the holster will not retain the firearm without the Streamlight TLR-7 X or TLR-7 A installed.

No. Retention is built around the mounted Streamlight TLR-7 X or TLR-7 A, so the light must remain installed while carrying.

Will it work with manual safety models?

Yes. Manual safety versions are fully supported.

Can I carry the magazine in either direction?

Yes. The ambidextrous magazine carrier allows bullets-forward or bullets-rearward carry based on your preference.
