Our homemade dried beef spends 2 whole days in our smokehouses, resulting in a deep, smoky flavor. Making our smoked dried beef is a time intensive process but each day of curing and smoking is necessary to reach the robust, unmatched flavor our dried beef is famous for. Each pack is half a pound (8 oz.) and is sliced.
