Raul Trujillo is a leading producer in a small sub municipality of La Plata, Huila. His farm sits at the very top of the region, overlooking the Paez River valley, where he tends the land alongside his wife, two sons, and young daughter. Since joining an allied producer program, Raul has been able to sell his coffee as specialty since 2016, creating a more steady and sustainable income for his family.

Grown at 2000 masl in the mountains of Huila, this washed Caturra lot highlights the clarity, sweetness, and balance we love from the region. Raul’s careful approach to farming and processing brings out a clean, layered cup with soft apricot sweetness, Meyer lemon brightness, and a rounded brown sugar finish throughout.
