Pig of the Month BBQ Spicy Bacon Marmalade

We almost called this "Mmmmm bacon jam" based on what sound everyone makes when they taste this jam. 

It's a delicious mix of hot pepper jelly with crunchy, crispy bacon crumbled in. 

But, how do I use this?  Glad you asked. 

Ways we've used it: 

• Poured over brie and baked until bubbly for a sweet and salty appetizer
• Added to a cheeseboard or charcuterie plate -- it goes SO well with all of the soft cheeses
• Mixed with cream cheese and rolled in nuts for a cheese ball unlike any one you've ever had before
• Topping any burger or sandwich to really kick the flavor into gear

Basically, it's the perfect condiment.
