"The Nox" is a tribute to the historic Noxubee River that winds through roughly ninety-one miles of east Mississippi and west Alabama, an area that is absolutely steaming with turkey hunting history and lore. Over the years, the Noxubee River bottoms have served as home to some of the finest wild turkey habitat in one of the most beautiful bottomland hardwood ecosystems, some remarkably elusive eastern gobblers, and some incredible turkey hunters, as well. The Nox serves as our salute to all of those, the millions of memories made throughout time, and the rich history rooted along the banks of the Noxubee River.
