Description
The hatch cover plate effectively seals off the large opening beneath the hatch door, preventing water intrusion and maintaining the dryness of any stored tackle or items. Additionally, the top hatch hole and two bottom holes can be fitted with Yakattack plugs for added protection. For increased water resistance, a thin layer of silicone can be applied to the cover plate prior to installation.
